THE EQi 2.0 WORKPLACE REPORT
The EQi 2.0 Workplace Report is a self-only assessment and ideal for someone who has never taken an EQ report in the past. It helps people wanting to improve their personal or work relationships, raise their own self-awareness, and quantifiably measure emotional intelligence using a psychometric tool.
MHS EQ 360°
The EQ 360° is based on the EQi 2.0 model and assesses an individual’s performance based on feedback from the individual and their manager, direct reports, peers, family, and friends to result in a comprehensive 360° view of emotional and social functioning. This tool includes both quantifiable and qualitative data because raters are also asked to include comments.
DiSC
DISC is a widely used behavioral assessment tool, measuring four behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. DISC measures how a person behaves.

CHANGE STYLE INDICATOR
Change Style Indicator® is an online assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides employees of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style.
HARDINESS RESILIENCE GAUGE
The HRG measures how effectively a person can cope with stress. It measures a person’s hardiness level, which is best understood as a generalized style of functioning that encompasses cognitive (thinking), emotional (feeling), and behavioral (acting) qualities.
