As a successful human development professional, Steve has extensive experience in performance management, learning management, executive coaching and leadership development. He has been a part of the Penumbra team since 2005, and specializes in analyzing and closing performance gaps. He’s held leadership positions at a global satellite telecommunications firm, the 6th largest international bank, a Fortune 500 national retailer and a top U.S. University. By applying proven principles from the fields of adult learning, behavioral science, psychology, language and business, he’s helped his clients achieve breakthrough results. Steve is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training and Development. He’s qualified to administer and interpret several multi-rater feedback instruments and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is a graduate of New York University's School of Business and Public Administration and has a Master’s Degree in Human Performance Systems.

With a rich background in multi-media instructional design and a passion for making learning fun, Matthew Hudson provides Penumbra clients with creative learning tools that win the hearts and minds of audiences large and small - entry level or executive. Whether it's a training video, multi-media presentation, or computer based training, Matthew's consultative, partnership-driven approach allows each client to custom design a solution, tailored to meet specific goals and anchored to ROI measurements. Matt has written and directed over 150 training videos and DVD’s. Matthew has been featured at several conferences as a keynote presenter on topics like: behavior change, corporate universities, and corporate culture. He has an extensive background in retail and sales training and is considered to be a leading authority on corporate culture and corporate universities. Matt has been honored with several awards for training innovation with his ideas on corporate universities through such organizations as the American Society of Training and Development as well as being named Training Director of the Year. Matthew holds his PhD in Organizational Behavior and is the author of four books: Culturiffic!, The Retail Sales Bible, Advisor Selling and Signs Sell.

She has worked for such Global companies as KPMG, Accenture, TRW, PWC, IBM, Volkswagen, Audi, Hyundai, and Lincoln, bringing a diverse background and dynamic facilitation style to the classroom. Her experience ranges from one on one coaching, to small group skills based trainings, to conference sized leadership groups of over 300. She has past experience in Leadership Development, Coaching Conversations, Sales Process, Customer Service and Technical Training and specializes in presentation and communication skills and believes in an experiential approach giving the participants the tools they need, and the ability to apply what they learn to the workplace.
